About this villa

Dolphin Beach House sits directly on the sand in Fitts Village, St. James, on Barbados's West Coast, with the beach reachable straight from the property. The villa is brand-new and has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, with 3 of the bedrooms ensuite, air-conditioned and fitted with private sea-facing balconies looking straight out over the water. Sea views reach into the main living area and into almost every room in the house. Indoors there is generous seating alongside a well-equipped, sleek kitchen, and outside a patio opens onto a private courtyard swimming pool. Covered and uncovered terraces run along the beachfront, giving several options for sitting out whatever the time of day. The interiors are furnished with designer pieces and fitted with smart home technology and entertainment systems throughout, so modern comfort sits alongside the setting on the sand. A villa team is on hand to run the place day to day, including a Butler, Chef, Assistant Chef, Housekeeper, Laundress and Security Guard, with management and concierge support covering everything from an early coffee to dinner prepared and served in the evening. It is a house built around the beach itself: wake to the sunrise over the water, and close the day with the sun going down from one of the terraces, the sand only steps from the door.
