Coral Cove 7 is a second-floor apartment in a small beachfront development of just 14 homes in Paynes Bay, St. James, designed by the architect Roldano Bellori. The end unit runs to 2,481 sq ft of open living space, finished in warm mahogany with beige decor and bright touches of colour throughout. The kitchen and sitting area flow straight out to a wide, sea-facing terrace set up for outdoor dining, with wide views across the water. Three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms make up the rest of the apartment. The principal bedroom is en suite, with a walk-in shower and a separate bath, and opens directly onto the terrace. Two further bedrooms sit near the entrance: bedroom 2 uses a shared bathroom with a shower, while bedroom 3 has its own en suite bathroom with a shower. Guests staying at Coral Cove have dedicated use of beach chairs and umbrellas set out on the sand in front of the building. The beach here is good for safe swimming and also set up for water sports.
