Coral Cove is a group of 12 apartments in Payne's Bay, on the west coast in St. James, designed by the architect Roldano Bellori. It sits on the Platinum West Coast, close enough to walk to beach bars, restaurants, boutique shops, the Sandy Lane Hotel & Golf Club and the Royal Westmoreland Golf Club. The development has about 100 feet of beach frontage, with gardens planted with a mix of foliage and aged mahogany trees. A private path leads from the gardens to the beach, about a one-minute walk from the apartment. Coral Cove 4, Green Fields is a first-floor, beachfront apartment of 2,481 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The private balcony looks out over the sea and the beach below, and holds a jacuzzi big enough for 6 people. Inside, the living room has a flat-screen cable TV and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, with the sea and gardens visible from the main living space. The master bedroom has a king bed and glass doors onto the balcony. Its ensuite bathroom is finished in limestone, with two basins, a bath and a walk-in shower.
