Coral Cove 10 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment set right on Paynes Bay Beach in St James, with sea views running through the main rooms. It is one of several apartments in the Coral Cove development, a short walk from the water's edge. The principal bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom, fitted with a double rain shower, double vanity and toilet. Sliding doors lead straight from this room onto the main terrace, with the same sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have their own en-suite bathroom too, so everyone has their own space. Every bedroom and living area is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The kitchen has been newly refurbished, with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler and a 3-person bar area for breakfast. The living room is large enough for a proper gathering or just sitting quietly, and its wall-to-wall doors fold back onto an open-air terrace set up for outdoor dining, sunbathing and sitting out with friends. For evenings in, there is a 65 inch LED Smart TV with Apple TV and a Sonos soundbar, which connects to your own phone so you can play your own music and shows. The building is looked after by 24-hour manned security, with electric gates and covered parking, and guests have direct private access to the beach. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided, the swimming here is safe, and it is an easy stretch of sand for a long walk. Holetown, with its restaurants, beach bars, shops and supermarkets, is a few minutes' drive away. Sandy Lane Hotel is also close by, with 9 and 18-hole golf courses and clubhouses that can be booked by appointment.
