Set within Sandy Lane in St. James, Casablanca is a 7-bedroom villa built with a minimalist eye, looking out over landscaped gardens and Sandy Lane Golf Course. The layout favours light and openness, with several sitting areas suited to a quiet pair or a full house of guests. The open plan kitchen runs to stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry and a central island fitted with two wine coolers and generous counter space. A cosy dining area sits just off the kitchen, and beyond it the covered terrace opens into further living space for formal dinners, entertaining or simply sitting out. Here, a circular glass-topped table under an iron chandelier looks over the infinity edge pool, edged with white loungers and sun umbrellas. The terrace also holds a second seating area with cushioned couches, a crystal chandelier and decorative touches, plus a bar and a separate dining gazebo. Three of the seven bedrooms sit on the ground floor and share an open-air patio. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where a fourth guest bedroom and the principal suite are found. All are done out in white with individual accent colours, floor to ceiling curtains, mirrored details and artwork. The principal suite adds tray ceilings, a small sitting area facing the pool and gardens, a private patio looking onto the golf course, an oversized walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite with grey and white marble tiling, chrome fittings, a double sink vanity, a rain shower and a marble tub.
