Blue Waters sits on the private grounds of Sugar Hill Resort & Community in St. James, with Caribbean Sea views and gentle breezes typical of this stretch of coast. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total, split between the main house and a separate one-bedroom guest cottage set apart for privacy, all within established gardens. A tree-framed driveway leads to the entrance hall, which opens onto a large living and dining room. This runs out to a covered patio looking over the infinity-edge pool and the gardens beyond, a good spot for dinner outside or drinks as the sun goes down over the west coast. The dining area seats up to 10 guests. Four of the 5 bedrooms are in the main house. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and one bedroom that looks onto the manicured gardens. Upstairs, three further bedrooms are all en-suite, decorated in a matching style, and share the sea views. Each of these three opens onto its own wide terrace facing the water. The fifth bedroom is in the self-contained guest cottage by the pool. By the pool, guests have sun loungers and umbrellas, and a gazebo with a wet bar stands at the far end, facing the guest cottage. Staying at Blue Waters comes with access to the wider Sugar Hill amenities: the clubhouse, communal pools, fitness centre, restaurant and tennis courts. The community is gated with 24-hour security, and lies a short distance from Holetown, with its restaurants, nightlife and the shops at Limegrove Lifestyle Centre.
