This two-bedroom apartment at Beacon Hill sits in Mullins, St. Peter, a short walk from Mullins beach itself, with sea views and tropical gardens surrounding the building. Beacon Hill is a small gated community, and the apartment sleeps 4. A shared pool and jacuzzi sit right next to the building, used by just 5 other apartments, so it is rarely crowded. Loungers are provided, and a gazebo gives a shady spot when the midday sun gets too much. Inside, the apartment has two double-aspect bedrooms, a stylish kitchen and a comfortable living room, all opening onto a terrace with sea views. The living room is bright and spacious, furnished with comfortable sofas and plush cushions. The terrace is open on two sides, which makes it feel even larger, and looks out over tropical plants in the gardens below to the ocean at Mullins Bay. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with an espresso machine, a full oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a large American-style fridge/freezer for beers and ice cream. Laundry facilities are also provided. The main bedroom has a high ceiling, dual aspect windows and its own en-suite shower room. It is air conditioned, with a king-size double bed, a dressing table, plenty of wardrobe space and a hairdryer. The second bedroom is also dual aspect, with views to the ocean side of the apartment, twin beds, air conditioning and good wardrobe space. The family bathroom, not en-suite, sits alongside it. Mullins beach is just a stroll away, with sun beds for rent, and is good for swimming, water sports and early walks. The Sea Shed Bar and Restaurant, which opened in October 2019, is here and already draws a steady crowd. A short stroll north along the beach brings you to Bombas Beach Bar, known for good food and sea views. Holetown, with its restaurants, a supermarket and the Limegrove shopping complex, is 10 minutes away by car to the south, while Speightstown, with its own supermarket, banks, bars and restaurants, is just 5 minutes to the north.
