Battaleys Mews sits in a quiet, self-contained cul-de-sac in Mullins, St. Peter, a short walk from the clear water of Mullins Beach, where you'll find beach chairs and both motorised and non-motorised water sports. The development is gated, just under four acres, with colonial-style houses set among well-kept tropical grounds. This three-bedroom house has 2.5 bathrooms and more than 2,300 sq. ft. of interior space, laid out for easy living between inside and out. The ground floor holds the main living and dining areas, a powder room, and a fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel European appliances.
