What we keep, and why

Searches. What you type or say in the search bar is sent to our booking system to work out what you're looking for. It isn't stored against you.

Voice. Speech is turned into text by your own browser. No audio reaches us.

Your account. If you sign in, we keep your email address, your name if Google gives it to us, and the stays and requests linked to that address, so you can see them and so we can suggest villas like the ones you've stayed in. Nothing is shared with advertisers.

Bookings. A booking holds your name, email, phone and dates for as long as we need them to run the stay and keep our accounts.

Removal. Send us a message through the contact page, using your account's email address, and we'll delete the account. Booking records stay for as long as the law requires.

Maps. Map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap. They see the map area you're looking at, nothing else.
